The synopsis was so mysterious and captivating that I just had to start this story! And I loved that we were immediately thrown into the action, feeling the tension of Mara attempting to negotiate her way into the gang. I already know this story is going to have a lot of action and suspense, and I’m so excited for it! What I really love is that this story is written in first person, and that dual POV is given. It’s going to be so nice getting into the main characters’ heads and seeing how their feeling develop for each other! And if this story has found family like I’m already predicting it will, my heart will melt. I had so much fun reading what’s currently released! I hope I can come back with another review after more chapters are released :). Splendid job, author!

I love a good crime family story and the synopsis just forces you to keep reading. The use of multiple POVs is also a personal favorite as I love getting into the perspectives of multiple characters. I want to see Amara complete her goals and reach her happy ending as well🥹 I’m excited for more chapters to publish and hope the author even gives us more works like this when it’s all done and dusted. Great work!

Excellent physiological piece of art. The mystery is actually good. Although I was a bit confused due to the constant shift from Amara to Damiano but it makes sense as the plot progresses. A new approach for me, but paradoxically a good one. keep up the good work author..... Overall it's a very good book.

I didn't not expect it has so many action scenes. The writing are neat and easy to understand. The first chapter will show you the quality of the writing and how it could make you feel immerse into the story. The description is for character appearance are quite detailed but not to much.But for some reader, they might find difficulity to remember the character name except for the main cast.It introduced many character in early chapter, some reader might feel a little overwhelm.It have a good base in setting the world background. I just hope the book will continue till its ending.There's so much potential. Also I wonder if this book joining WSA24?Maybe it could gain more traffic for new reader to notice this book.

First of all, I love the gripping synopsis. It catchy enough and I love mafia. The start is well executed and the characters are three dimensional, realistic and relatable. Good interactions too. Fun fact:// the chapters are alternating between, Amara and Damiano so on my screen, Amara is one one column and Damiano on the next. Haha~ I was a bit confused at first glance.
