Review Detail of ADVENTUROUS in Percy Jackson: Son of Hades - Prince of the Underworld

just another percy story related to hades, the usual. The story presents a great fanaticism for Hades on the part of the author that is not surprising even without really knowing the character. It is a little irritating to see the disdain and disgust that they see towards the other gods like Zeus but not Hades just because you didn't do a little research on the character and you were blinded by your fanaticism. MC says that he hopes that he is not the son of rap*sts like Zeus and blah blah and that he hopes that Hades is the bread of God without knowing that almost no Olympian is good. Hades kidnapped and rap*d Persephone and then forced her to marry him, among other things. . It's very hypocritical if you like Hades but not Zeus, anyway, a fic focused on bringing honor and pride to Hades and his ego, if that appears in the story and it is Mc's prophecy, bringing pride and ego to a rapist like a wrong fanboy. If you want to read about how great Hades is and how we're going to see Mc fighting for him, this is for you.

It’s really like this. Author is brainless fun of hades

Hades in fact, in Percy, kidnapped Persephone to be his wife, also leaving a desperate, sad and distraught mother. The great treatment that you mention that Hades gives to Persephone is after the kidnapping, after the abuse of her and with it Persephone contracting an apparent Stockholm syndrome, falling in love with her kidnapper. It's not like she really has any other options, poor girl being locked up with the only man she's been close to for a long time, that's all in the books and that's the soft, non-mythological version. Brother, don't you feel uncomfortable admiring a mythological figure based on the same one from a much more murky myth? I really don't understand why you like hades so much but well, I would like your story to be more about MC than about hades, it's irritating when someone knows you as the "son of" instead of "the one", being in the shadow of your father and that. It would be better to have an MC who stands on his own, making a name for himself on his way to kill Zeus and what you mentioned in the prophecy

obviously he's going to be his own person and not just be know of the son of hades, so of course he's going to make a name for himself, and cool stuff like that but for now in since it's the very beginning I'm making it like the Mc looks up to his father since he was an orphan in his past life. like if you suddenly woke up and now have a father that's a freaking God you would at some point idolize him slightly at the beginning, that idolization would of course diminish and would just turn into slight respect...

sounds like a good plan, I promise to delete my review if what I read usually improves, I always do that

Don't worry, it was never my intention for my review to bother you, only to improve it.

Personally, I would prefer Zeus, stories about the sons of Hades are very common in the Percy Jackson fandom, Zeus not so much, and I recommend that you mix this story, because Percy Jackson, just Percy Jackson, doesn't stand alone when it comes to a long story, you can combine it with dxd, shinmai maou no testament or anything else that could give greater possibilities, or do something so original that it looks different, but I admit, son of Medea, this was brilliant.

Its not even Stockholm syndrome. Persephone literally couldn't leave the underworld after being tricked into eating the food by hades. She was trapped in that hellish prison with no way out for a long time. It was only when demeter nearly went berserk and killed off all the crops that other gods intervene and make them share persephone for 6 months each.

I mean if you wanna be technical it really depends on which version of the story you prefer. One has Hades just kidnap her, another has Hades kidnap and räpe her, and other she went with him willingly to escape of controlling mother. And all things considered Hades is no where near as bad as his brothers.

not so simple, she only volunteers much later when Hades is willing to let her go, at first he kidnapped her and didn't let her leave and then due to the Stockholm syndrome of being with only one man locked up for a long time she fell in love ', and saying that he is not as bad as brothers is not defensible brother... like saying that a puppy beater is not as bad as an elderly beater

Honestly the best route to go, would be to blame Aphrodite. She hit Hades with an arrow to cause that situation. Would make sense to a kid lol

Nah, in PJ world, there is no blame Aphrodite after in Wikipedia hades liked her and wanted to his brother and begged him for her hand and honestly it is just sad that he did not rizz her but then again, not ever Hades can be recorded of Ragnarok version.

Honestly, I would have preferred Zeus fanfiction because there are so few of them and I would not have cared about his personality. I just wanted to read a good Zeus fanfiction.

Faz Hefesto feminino não faz tudo como o original e chato mais a história tá legal e você escreve muito bem o faz o Percy Jackson feminino também para ter só um protagonista masculino.

im just gonna post this to add context to hades situation.t this story takes place in ancient greece there to marry a women you just need the fathers permission and its ok it was pretty common. hades got permission from zeus and according to the greeks demeter has no say in this so in their era hades didnt even kidnap her it was a legal commonly occuring type of marriage .and it worked out well in the end anyway. so from the perspective of the greeks who wrote all this stuff hades was a (comparitevely) fair and just god who stuck to his underworld and took care of things without making a mess of everything like the other gods
