A below average story. There's a bunch of mistakes in it as if the author didn't bother to research before writing or just changed it. The later wouldn't be too bothersome if there was a warning of AU (alternative universe) in the synopsis, but since it doesn't, I can only assume the author doesn't know much about the canon, the power system and every other thing he messed up. The characters aren't very interesting, there is a carbon copy of Draco and his two goons and the protagonist is very inconsistent with how he was portrayed in the introduction. He's supposedly a genius capable of breaking the power system right at the first few chapters, controlling his accidental magic, but doesn't ask his family to learn wandless magic because it's supposedly too difficult even though he has five years to learn before Hogwarts. I have no idea how he wishes to become stronger than Dumbledore when he doesn't put anything more than the average effort. I'm honestly very disappointed. I expected more given the set up at the beginning, but honestly, the author could have just as easily cut the first chapter cause it's really irrelevant so far given the inconsistency of genius who doesn't think when he has such a clearly defined goal of being the strongest. Overall: 2.4

Thanks for the review although it's not that good :u. As for the mc's power, with 11 years old he can already cast Expelliarmus, Protego (a defensive charm that even adult wizards can't do it) and defeats a troll by crushing its head. Don't you think it's strong enough? Or do you want him to be even more OP? Do you want him to have the power of Voldemort and Dumbledore with only 11 years old? I don't know what fanfic you read. To me it seems like at only 11 he has good strength.

protego is a charm taught in the 6th year of Hogwarts. so every adult Wizard with proper schooling should be able to cast it. with proper schooling i mean every Wizard outside of britain and british Wizards before the curse on the DADA-post.

In the Harry Potter books, Fred and George commented that many adult wizards, even some Ministry of Magic employees, are unable to produce a functional Protego charm. I don't say so, the books say so.

because every british Wizard is required to go to hogwarts and hogwarts didn't have a decent dada Professor since the 60s. If they learn it actively, it will only be in auror or hit-wizard Training. so my point stands uncorrected.

You know i keep forgetting abt this little fact after Hogwarts legacy where 3rd years cast Protego. But ig the DADA Curse rlly fcked them up. That thing was there for like half a century as i recall.

No, lots of adults still struggle to cast a shield charm. That's why Fred and George's protective equipment was so popular with the Ministry. I'd argue that mastering Protego that early is even TOO overpowered

have you read some good fanfic .there are so many ways you can improve mc without him being op...it's like after mc met Sirius he became even more average everything he did was before Hogwarts ..he knows voldi is coming but not preparing he is not at all serious about being strong and you are also more focused on avg mc..well I loved your writing before train ..he was smart wandless magic and all but now it's vomit

I don't get why people seem unhappy with not every adult wizard and witch being able to do all the spells they were taught in school. i get it if they're aurora or like to keep in shape, or need it for their job but otherwise why would they use those spells years or even decades after school, they are already busy with their jobs which would need specific spells/methods in most cases. how many of us actually remember what we were taught in school and still do it, say some math formula or experiment. coz that's what those spells are for them, niche spells they've long lost touch with, not incompetence. But still i agree that a lot of them are idiots if they didn't try to relearn some important spells after war started

It's not even about trying to remember things or forgetting them over time because they are not used there are arguably 4 or 5 spells all wizards should be able to do after graduation and still be able to do no matter what. 1 Protego self defense it's kinda obvious. 2 Apporation traveling long distance 3 Stupify Stunning spell also good for self-defense 4 Expelliarmus Disarming charm again good for self-defense 5 Accio more on the optional side, especially the wandless version simply so you can call your wand back if you become disarmed. These are very simple spells that everyone should know and they keep within Dumbledores harm free preferences because no one can argue that Dumbledore didn't have a hand in weakening the magical community in terms of spells while being headmaster he has full control of what's readily available and what's not in the library and we all know his distaste for dark magic so of course he wouldn't want to spread anything he considers dark magic.

A third son of prophecy (Harry Potter AU / Assassin's Creed lore)

Harry Potter with many changes to canon. Hogwarts doesn't start at 11 but three years later and that is by far the biggest change, which brings many other changes naturally with it. First years are older and more mature, but also more headstrong and set in their ways. Seventh years are 20-22 and therefore pretty much college-aged. Harry will have lived with his abusive relatives for three more years. Hermione will be more socially awkward at first, but also more determined to be smarter than everyone. Ron will be more of an insufferable twat because he was with his twin brothers for longer. ----- My MC will be born with knowledge of the Harry Potter franchise and, which he will find out gradually, a special bloodline. He will not have knowledge of the Assassin's Creed games, but I will tell you now, he will have the Isu bloodline like Altair, Ezio, and Desmond - just from a different Isu 'god'. Geographically, I settled on the Norse Pantheon instead of the Roman one like Desmond's lineage, and his magic gives my MC the natural ability to dream of the lives of his ancestors, so he doesn't need an Animus to do it. Any AC plotlines will come much, much later. The modern brotherhood and the templars will not be outwardly knowledgeable about magic, because I don't care to write all the consequences that would bring with it. But the Mentor (leader of the Brotherhood) and the Templar Council will probably know about magic regardless. (Just don't think about it.) MC will hate Dumbledore and fully assumes him to be a secret Dark Lord, which might or might not be true - but by the circumstances of his birth and upbringing, Dumbledore will have certainly earned the animosity the MC feels. All rights to the story's many elements like Harry Potter and the Assassin's Creed lore belong to their respective owners.

Jon Snow is a Dragonborn after 2 millennia without another appearing, an identity that is neither on the light side nor the dark side, only caring about his own goals before wanting to be good or evil. But even such a powerful being, after years of accumulating power, had a fragile moment at some point. His half-siblings hated him under the influence of his mother. However, at some point, unknown entities took them out of this world suddenly and threw them into Skyrim when he was 8 years old. 12 years later, having experienced everything possible not only in Skyrim but throughout Tamriel, earning titles such as: Dragonborn, Dovahkiin, leader of the Companions, sword of Dawnguard, Archmage, Legalist, regent king of Skyrim, among many others he received inside and outside Skyrim. Now, at 20 years old, he was no longer that scared boy. Jon Snow was summoned by the same entities that brought him to this world back to his old original world, revealed the truth behind his birth. How could the Dragonborn stay silent after hearing this? He wanted revenge and to bring peace to the ghosts who had been wronged for a long time.
