I was hesitant about reading this book at first but I found that it is really good. what I like the most about this book is that it's characters are not without their own flaws and I find that to be a good thing.

426: 272 Ch. So far, the novel has significant flaws. If it could be summarized in simple steps, things have been as follows: 1.He finds a woman he wants to brainwash. 2.The place where he is undergoes a change (caused by the appearance of a treasure for some reason). 3.He decides to stay within the safety of his refuge. 4.By sheer luck, treasures he didn’t bother to seek come to his doorstep effortlessly. 5.He creates a new creature with insane abilities (something he doesn’t fully exploit). This cycle repeats again and again throughout the story so far. The Protagonist's Attitude He’s entirely afraid of getting involved in treasure hunts and fights. If fights do occur, the MC never fights directly but uses his clones instead (a typical case of fearing that stepping out of the sect will result in a stronger cultivator killing him for no reason). The protagonist mentions that in his past life, he was an otaku/hikikomori, which heavily influences his decision-making. I can’t help but compare him to Rudeus from Mushoku Tensei, a character with a similar background: someone with no purpose in society is transported to another world. But unlike our beloved bug-lover, Rudeus undergoes character development, stepping out of his comfort zone to face the new reality he finds himself in. #HateTurtles... Brainwashing In this story, there isn’t just one form of brainwashing; in my view, there are almost two sequential types. The first occurs when the MC triggers love in the love interests. The second comes with the “infection” of the protagonist’s unpleasant attitude, which erases the individual qualities of the love interests over time. The protagonist is like an amorphous blob that absorbs and destroys everything it touches. I’m not entirely against brainwashing. Using any “golden finger” to survive in a brutal new world is logical. However, the previously mentioned changes are what irritate me. Luck As mentioned in Step 4, the protagonist is excessively lucky to the point of exhaustion. He doesn’t have permanent enemies—just walking money bags delivered to his door. Those annoying characters? Remember the guy chasing the "beauty" or that relative (cough cough father) or other entity opposing the MC's union with said beauty? Well, if they exist, wait for their death because they’ll never harm the MC. It feels like the author simply eliminates them, so don’t expect plots or anything like that. Brief Mention of Positives The story seems to show glimpses of solid world-building. Kingdom-building elements are relatively well-executed. Fights are decent. Like sugar-free soda—more or less satisfying. Finally, other sources mention that the protagonist’s character changes slightly later on and that some positive aspects of the story improve. However, as the saying goes, “Seeing is believing,” said the blind man. I hope they keep releasing more chapters. It’s not the best novel I’ve read, but I’m curious about the new bugs and waifus that will appear. Sincerely, A man who enjoys harems.

It's nothing special. The MC's golden finger is ridiculously overpowered, but he doesn't fully exploit it, which is pretty frustrating. He collects women, but they serve no real purpose in the story other than acting as cultivation furnaces to speed up his progress. They add nothing to the plot or character development. The novel is also filled with unnecessary filler. Every chapter wastes about a quarter of its length on background characters yapping about nothing important. It adds absolutely nothing to the story. On top of that, the MC has an insanely overpowered clone ability. He can create around 100 clones, each retaining 100% of his original strength. But guess what? He barely uses it. The only thing he does with it is send one clone out to search for treasures. When facing large groups of enemies, he never takes advantage of his clones at all. Later on, when demons invade the human world and far outnumber the humans, the MC acts all worried despite how brokenly powerful he is. It’s like he doesn’t even realize his own strength. I could go on, but let’s move on. The characters are completely shallow. Every enemy acts the same, fights the same way, and repeats the same lines. It gets so repetitive that I end up skipping fights altogether. Everything feels artificial and one-dimensional, almost like the MC is in a dream where everything conveniently works in his favor. I have to admit, the beginning was good and had potential. But after chapter 300, and now at chapter 584, every arc and event feels like a repetitive cycle. The story and writing never evolve beyond a flat, one-dimensional experience. Overall, this novel had promise, but it eventually became dull and predictable, both in storytelling and writing quality.

Daily life of a cultivation judge

Yang Qing sighed as he gazed upon the black building that stood tall piercing the skies above with an inviolable aura around it. "The Order sure is black-hearted," he angrily thought as he made his way into the building begrudgingly. The building could be considered his home away from home and a source of endless grief for him due to its unforgiving working hours. The building housed the courtrooms of the Cultivation Order Society, an organization founded to maintain a semblance of order in the ruthless cultivation world of the southern continent who if left to their own devices would sink the whole continent to the ground. Due to how impetuous cultivators were, the cases never stopped. "Yi Jie, what do we have today?" "Two cultivators at the palace realm fought over a treasure and destroyed half of the territory of the blue deer kingdom in their fight, A rogue cultivator is suing the owner of the falling meteor blacksmith shop for selling him a faulty saber that keeps attracting lightning tribulations. A cultivator suffering from pill poisoning is blaming it on the white hilltop restaurant as he suspects they are feeding their spirit beasts pills to make them bigger and fatter. And the last case is 500 families are suing a cultivator by the name of Ren Fu for being negligent as a husband and a father whilst also pilfering their resources dry as he moves from place to place.," Awkward silence ensues...........
