Do you mean millions of years of memories because he absorbs it from the souls or his own? It would be weird if he got affected by their memories, imagine absorbing someone's soul loving and hating people you have never even met. His own memories might be millions of years old but his mental growth is very slow. For us millions of years might be long but for him its equivalent to a few months and you don't mentally and emotionally growth in such a short time
