Limitless is an inherited CT, not an Innate CT. That means it's accessible to this if of the same blood instead of only being unique to a single person.

think for a second, by your logic everyone in zenin clan should inherit 10 shadows technique then and be able to "practice" and "master" it. if it still isn't clear to you, inherited technique doesn't imply that all your descendants now posses the potential to practice this technique like some martial art, rather THERE IS A CHANCE THAT SOMEONE AMOGH YOUR DESCENDENT WILL BE BORN WITH THE SAME TECHNIQUE AS YOU ENGRAVED ON THEIR BRAIN and then only they can use it.

A question. Sukuna has slashes and was able to develop it to the point of cutting space. Gojo was able to combine red and blue to create purple. Would gojo be able to theoretically open portals, make some sort of shield or a pocket dimension? Or is that impossible and only red, blue and purple are available

No he wasn’t able to develop it to say, but he was able to make a binding vow like the chant gojo does to make hollow purple sukuna made his binding vow having to change his world cutting slash and in Exchange he was able to cut through space and then through infinity and no I don’t think gojo would be able to make a pocket dimension because the cost would be to great a binding vow has to have a type of equivalent exchange to work and gojo wouldn’t be able to take the cost

The rikugan grants the ability to use the limitless technique, but it is not an innate ability. It is in the name, TECHNIQUE. The Rikugan allows the Gojo's to use it with considerable ease, similar to how the Mangekyou allows the Uchiha to perform jutsu normally impossible to do. They still have to learn how to use it, and how to improve it.

I did And the lore Rikugan, while is a bloodline trait Does have weaknesses Otherwise how else would gojo lose to another spacial ability for literally any reason at all
