Totally nerfed Dante stuck in stupid situations, a slow plot, stupid main character with a nasty personality and random events. Recommendations: Get everything out of the way that is of no interest (anything to do with SHIELD, Hydra and other government organization nonsense, if you put a Devil May Cry character in Marvel you don't put him in those situations, it's stupid). Give the protagonist a personal goal (he wanders around the story totally aimlessly and killing people, generic edgy, even Dante from DmC: Devil May Cry has more personality, which at first seems impossible). Increase the strength of the protagonist being faithful to the original character (In the most recent chapter the protagonist was afraid of Wolverine, WOLVERINE, ONE OF THE WEAKEST X MEN, even the weakest version of Dante with no arms and terminal cancer easily destroys Wolverine). Give more structure to the plot (everything is very random, there is no defined arc and characters come out of nowhere that in the next one don't appear again and plots are opened that remain later in the air).

It would be the case if the actual events of your story could be called plot, because the "plot" is that the X-Men come to a fight of the protagonist with an NPC in a totally random way, CASUALLY among these was the person that justly needed the protagonist, ie, basically a random plot armor did the job to the protagonist because literally the guy did nothing, the author will probably say "đ€âđ» in fact everything that happened was just what he had planned" but the narrative logic behind it all is a mess of random events that end up starting the "plot" (which you take quite a while to get to by the way). As for the main character, he's like I said, an edgy guy with no personality who thinks with his gun first before his head (not in the sexual sense), add to that the guy doesn't even have enough strength to back up his actions and you have a dysfunctional guy in every aspect who tries to be badass, basically CRINGE (the last thing you expect when you have DANTE in the title). As for updates, there's one chapter that was uploaded three days after the previous one, most two, there's a reason I say "between 2 and 3 days". Except for the last one which can be a problem depending on the reader's patience, I only talked about the problems that the author counter-argued from my review giving the relatively deep analysis of everything, which in principle I didn't plan to do because the truth is you don't have to explain much why a story is mid when it's pretty obvious, and when I wrote this the story had few chapters, so there was a lot of room for improvement and I didn't plan to demoralize the creator. But it has a pretty weak narrative, the fights are bland, it has several clichĂ©s (most recently "Cyclops = bad and MC = good") and overall it's a story worthy of the two stars aspiring to 3 if only the update periods were common. If you're wondering "is it readable?". Well yes, it's mostly understandable and not on the level of a Chinese fanfic, but it's far from good and I personally don't recommend it.

Yeah, it's not worth it, I keep reading it to keep my habit of reading the first 30 chapters of a story so I can leave knowing it's not going to get any better at any point, but I'm currently on chapter 21 and it's going nowhere, long update times (between 2 to 3 days) for short chapters that advance absolutely nothing in the plot, basically a fly trap for a few fools to consume the author's patreon and keep releasing countless short chapters that advance nothing, only interactions between marvel characters with the protagonist that are very long and not very entertaining.
