Shameless self review from the author here!! The original purpose I had for writing an omegaverse book was to break down the typical stereotypes where consent is nonexistent and omegas are mistreated in such a calculating way that they still fall in love with someone awful because of instincts or a bond that they had no say in. Whenever I write books its in response to something else I've read. The author writes beautifully and the words practically roll off the pages. The beginning of the story so far does a wonderful job of giving the female lead a relatable background. And the male lead, beautiful specimen that he is, definitely is living up to his alpha reputation. They meet in a unique way, filled with intrigue and mystery. Although the chemistry is there from the start. I can't wait to read more!

Loving the beginning and the female lead! The story is intriguing and exciting, just as I would have expected from the author. ✨ The dialogue seems so natural and realistic, with no forced and unreasonable events. 🫧 The descriptions were well written, just like the author’s every other book. This is great! Definitely one of the better written contemporary stories out there. It is not only well written, the characters' emotions and situations were also presented wonderfully. Add this to the interesting concepts of mafia and alpha and you have a potential best seller! Awesome job so far! I believe this would blow up soon!

I have read all the previous works of the author. She has a knack for weaving these beautiful characters in a web of twisting plots. This book is no different. Imbued in mystery from the very beginning I am loving every second of it.Our FL is just the sweetest and ML is right amount of strong yet soft in the heart.
