I found this to be a disappointing read. Of the chapters I have read, most started or ended with author advertising that, for some reason or other, the translator just had to put there, so distracting from the story and of course inflating word count. The story line is pretty typical, guy gets transmigrated to another world by taking some Artifact he comes across in his first life, wakes up in the recently deceased body of the new young chief of some tribe. With this new life, the Artifact he has is broken, however it can still impart some mystical knowledge that enables him to establish himself and eventually lead his tribe well. Overall the story jumps along at a speed that seems a bit forced and some of the decisions made are questionable but yeh that is the authors prerogative. Chapters lock at 17 which is a big no for me as by then I still have not read enough to be engaged in this story and would not be prepared to invest further. Locks, in my opinion, should kick in around 40 or so so a better feel is gained. Anyways, nah, not for me.

Although the story is intriguing, the character development is a bit too fast. Furthermore the extreme amounts of missing content for each chapter/sub-chapter makes reading the story impossible. The missing chapters are too much, such that I decided to make a review of it

Not really a good story at all. It's a simplistic, jingoistic, pointless and inconsistent plot with an incel for both the author and the main character. If you have any self respect for yourself, just avoid this book.

This is a review based on dipping my toes and testing the waters up to chapter 15. I actually enjoyed the story compared to some Isekai novels out there. This one goes wayyyyy back in time where things are primitive but not extremely primitive. MC is Xiao Chen, a 33-year-old Archeology Professor, who happens to get KABOOMED and revived in the body of the young chieftain. I guess he gets strong fairly quickly, but it still takes him some time. He doesn't have a system, instead, he has this thing called a Mountain River Seal that was put out of order because of the explosion (my guess). So he isn't insta OP from the start. He has to fix that AND protect the tribe. I would continue reading this story because I'm curious as to who the Underground Scorpion people are and want to know if original host's father (previous clan leader) is alive or not. Nonetheless, it's only 15 chapters, so read and see if you like the story yourself.

Ridiculous advertisements that shouldn’t be there and chapter locks at chapter 17 is just shameless, most of the books on WN at least lock around 40, locking it that early leaves a very bad impression when someone is just getting into the book doesn’t even give them the chance to get hooked and start buying chapters
