Usual attempt to westernise the eastern released novels, to make them more palatable for English speaking readers. In the end they end up sounding strange and the use the surnames a lot. Gary Smith and not just Gary for example. (Personally I also think it subtly increases the word count😂)

as an amateur writer myself, I do everything I can to increase word count, mainly cause if I don't the book I'm writing would be over in 50 or so chapters. I wanna at least have 70 chapters for my first novel, and if people like it I'll write a sequel, or a prequel, who knows.
