A great fanfic and the overall story is more in line with the fantasy adventure type. The writing quality and the update schedule are very consistent, kinda like how you may tune in every day to watch 1 episode of the show. As for the plot and context, the beginning (albeit original) may feel a bit slow. Conversely, the later story mostly follows the source material (which are Fate/Zero and Fate/Apocrypha as of now). Last but not least, the personality of the MC can be considered as someone who rarely falters, is wiser than they look, and always accounts for everything.

Regarding the Yuri & NTR stuff, you shouldn't worry & read too much into it. Chapter 189 which everyone is dreading is an implied sense of "Sister bonding" to replenish mana (not to mention it's the only sense in the entire novel). You should also keep in mind that the MC does not see his sister (Artoria & Morgan) as any sort of love interest. So all in all, yeah it is slightly Yuri, but not NTR.
