A world item is something that fundamentally breaks the game, and no one has the idea about all the world items just because it hasn't been talked about or mentioned, doesn't mean it can't exist. Anything can exist, and I've drawn inspiration from how maruyama does, like taking ideas from different myths, and incorporating it as a world item...
