[major spoilers] This story is excellent! four chapters in and I had no problems reading. Instantly going into the book it spared no drama, cheating, divorce, forced marriage, or seducing! All of it in just one chapter, explained perfectly not being too cluttered, I hope Peony's former best friend gets more screen time she seems like an interesting and cunning character! although I don't know if Garret is even a good person or not, I mean sure he cheated but he's dumb inexperienced with love, and easily swayed by the looks of it and the hints of his backstory only lead me to want more later down the line and only the almighty knows what benedict want with her but I doubt its actual love i think he's a major red flag. Although my only gripe with the story is the lack of character detail, though it could be just me the lack of detail on their characters or body language makes the whole thing feel stiff in comparison, but All in all this is a great book I'll definitely keep reading! keep going, author!
