Tipi, the system will give him access to the dragonborn, plus I think I balanced it pretty well. It will randomly summon enemies from the 3 worlds listed, Alduin, Wild Hunt, The Blight, etc. more he uses it the stronger the enemies become. He can still train and develop without it, and it will only be temporary. Once he gets to a certain point, it will cut off Think of it like a tutorial for the new world and a way to get his new life Jump started haven't decided when it will disappear yet but definitely by 2nd year at Hogwarts. He will have to use it wisely to gain the strength he needs
