Somehow out of all the ninja in the village nobody is able to sense him using and training chakra and how would he tell someone how he know how to use chakra, he is an orphan with no conections and somehow he got his hands on some jutsu as an ordinary civilian without going to the academy.

The only children that awaken their chakra are those that go to the academy and from ninja clans,isn't it said that children awaken and train their chakra in the academy? and it's not like you can go to a normal library and learn how to mold chakra and the academy jutsu,plus it would feel more natural if he tried to see if somoane from the orphanage is in the academy to try to get him to help,I'm just saying that it would be suspicious if nobody tought him and he would have that knowledge,and it is said the he trains in the garden.

There are children in Konoha throwing fireballs at the age of 4, it wouldn't be unusual to see a 6-year-old training the most basic Konoha technique, your comment is unnecessarily cautious

Chakra could be used even without knowing it, e.g. Haku used kekkei-genkai, Ice-Style without learning about chakra. So, Senrigan must have been like it for earlier usages, until he searched details about Chakra. Most orphans are children of Ninjas(at that time of wars) and they are expected to learn about chakra and go to war. So it's isn't suprising that a orphan child learned chakra, though it may be eye catching.
Wth are you talking about, I didn't read it yet but if he's an orphan, what you are saying makes no sense since even Sakura can't do that, sure she's Sakura but you saying that makes no sense to me

Go watch Naruto again then, Itachi at the age of 4 was in a battlefield killing enemies, 4 years old, the MC is 6 years old when he started training, what are you saying?

Dude that kid was the first child of the Uchiha head and a genius with tons of resource and backing it makes sense while your previous statement says that everyone is like itachi being able to do fire justu and other stuff at age 4

I used the age of 4 as an example, thinking of Itachi and all the children who are trained from an early age, but even so, your argument loses weight because the MC is 6 years old, 2 years more than normal in a clan and the age to enter the school to train, so what excuse do you have to justify that the MC should not train at 6 years old?
