This story concept has real potential. The idea of living parallel lives in different worlds when sleeping is totally unique. I'm fascinated to see how the medical mystery and dual reality twist play out across realms. Adding romantic elements and suspicious characters was a nice touch too. While parts are still ambiguous, the setup reels you in with its imaginative premise. If the narrative pays off on all its intriguing threads, this could be really memorable sci-fi fantasy. I'm looking forward to finding out more!

Intriguing start! And I am sold and hooked on the story! The characters are well designed, with pictures backing them! Amazing plot line. I was just browsing and suddenly the cover appeared in the feed. I am always a lover of good covers with beautiful girls, and the synopsis had me hooked. I can't bear when a damsel is in distress! I must embark on the journey to save them! And I must see the end of the story... Amazing!!!

This book is well thought out and well written. It's hard to follow at first, but the character's perspective in between worlds she lives in contrasts with her daily experience. The writing is good and smooth. The story is a bit confusing. The second and third prologues are long and somehow add to my confusion. But when the story begins, things become clearer. The world background needs to be more explained. It is a multi-realm background and should be taken one by one to be understandable for readers. At first, many characters do many things in many places. Try to focus on the MC from the beginning and let her discover the realms by herself. The first prologue is a good start, but if the first chapter began with Luna, maybe it would be simpler and easier because I really had a hard time tracking the story. All the best.
