Read to the last possible chapter: 38. The overall consensus that I've drawn is that this book is a moderately well written book. he overall background behind is inherently unique, in a way it reminds me of the movie Jumper. The writing quality is well - written, clean, yet lacks description that paints the necessary picture to support the writing. Story development wise, is that it's good. However, one of the biggest drawbacks is the character - design. The main character is the depth, and are 2 sides are shown of him-- the ruthless mc, and the carefree one. Although this is shown, the other extras are treated as baggage that become discarded within a chapter or two. More or less cannon fodder with a personality so shallow, it is as if I'm wading through a puddle. This of course is only in the volume 1, as the situation improves through the development of volume 2. In conclusion, it's a pretty good read, and I hope the author doesn't drop this.

LIKEThanks for the review! There will be more characters in the future that are not just disposable extras, but are important to the story, so they should be more fleshed out. I hope that your opinion on the character design will change then. And I haven't been paying much attention to the descriptions, so thanks for pointing that out! I'll try my best to improve (:
