I adore how the character's internal conflict and lies are set. The goal of the story indirectly tells it to you as you read it, and I like it. Even though I'm not used to Chinese names, the characters are entertaining, and their dialogues are unique and alive. They're well-plotted since the start of the story by hinting their flaws and goals. In structure, you can easily fix the long paragraphs by slicing it into two/three sentences. I just have a comment on the worldbuilding. Like on the second scene where the idol walks down the stage. I'll be easily misinterpreted without including that she's heading backstage. You can also describe what the dressing room and the house looks like with descriptions like including 'hangered dresses in open closets,' or 'huge mirrors reflecting people's faces.' Overall, this is a recommended read for urban stories tagged CEO. I can tell that the author took effort in plotting the story to the point that she loved her characters.

This is my first time writing a book review. Generally, I refrain from leaving reviews but this author deserved it. It's hard to believe this is her first time writing cause it's so well-written and flaws are hard to find. I was amazed to learn that this is an original work and not a translation, especiallysince some scenes had that essence of typical chinese novels which I thoroughly enjoy. I couldn't resist binging all 35 chapters and now I am eagerly waiting for more. Hopefully this gem will be discovered by a wider audience

An amazing read. English is very good and easy to understand even if it's your 2nd language and no grammer mistakes that i found. The author has great humour The characters are colourful and not mechanic. i like it. Though it will be rather good if the villain or even side villains and are not cliche. But it's just such a minor issue that other good factors make it obsolete. Character development is great. I just can't wait for what will happen in the future chapters. Constant updates everyday are just like honey. And If you ever love face-Slapping and romance in one piece, then this book is definitely your cup of tea. This book has everything a reader might ever need, leaving nothing more to be desired! A perfect piece. Yeah, basically iam hooked. hahaha
