it's not as bad as the individual said. it took him about 30 chapters to get to Hogwarts, and then another 20 to get through a weekend and almost 3 days of classes by chapter 52. it's taking place a couple years before Harry attends Hogwarts. chapters honestly aren't that long, comparing to other fanfics; although I have seen shorter. it's focusing more on character interactions than it is on actual plot.

The translation is good, but the MC is really annoying. He talks about how he has a humble attitude and doesn't like to show off, because he's originally from China, yet he constantly brags and shows off his wealth and knowledge. I just can't enjoy the story with such an annoying, unlikeable MC.

I like the story but it does have strong down sides. The inability to get the names right or even to keep them the same inside a same chapter is confusing and a sign of shoddy editing. I mean some change 3 times in a couple of paragraphs, it’s not difficult to go back and clearly change the names and it would massively improve coherence. Overall, like the story but need proper editing.
