I have to admit, it's finally a different story. Which I also really like. I think it's good that Emily was the first choice for his reinforcement. I think you have succeeded in developing the whole story. It's a pity that the last updates are almost a year old.

I really like this! There have been a few ‘transmigrated as Jeremy in tvd’ fics, but they were all either way over the top or extremely rushed. This one seems to have a sensible progression, with an MC that has potential to be OP but isn’t handed everything on a silver platter. Looking forward to future chapters!
