Shameless author's review here~ It's been a month since this series first started. And here I'd like to give a bit of insight through QnA. So, the frequently asked questions are: Q: Is this harem? A: Nope, single FL. Though there may be a precious moment (not romantically or sexually, just friendly) with other female characters. Q: Is MC a good guy or a bad guy? (heroes or villain) A: Neither. MC's a bit complex (which is what I planned to do). He doesn't care which side he was in, as long as he could achieve his goals. (Pragmatism MC) Could be a double agent, or even a triple agent lol. Q: Is MC OP? A: It's weak to strong MC. But, of course, with the knowledge he has, at least he is equal to or better than his peers (Those that rank the gap not too wide) If there are other questions you'd like to ask, just reply to this. I'll answer that question. Don't expect a spoiler answer though~

I'm back... with bad news. So, my laptop was broken and my phone was stolen during the vacation I mentioned before this novel stopped updating. The drafts and outlines for this novel were in my laptop but it's broken now and I recently get it replacement. However, I didn't back up and can't recover the data from my old one so now I lost all my drafts and decided to go on a long long break... or I might abandon this one. That's it. Story is fine, but writing quality is bad. The mc is smiling one second and sighing the next. Bro has mood swings or smth. Also, the mc has a Ex rank skill but it’s basically useless. It’s an Ex rank appraisal skill but it doesn’t tell him anything. He also has dual wielding skill, as expected of the mc. So generic smh. You could’ve given him three sword style or smth, then at least it would be more unique and he can be like Zoro. Most ironic of all, the author pokes fun of others for using the “Oh no I changed the plot too much” trope, but doesn’t do anything unique themselves. It’s just another copy of every other transmigrating into their own novel stuff. It’s decent if you like this kind of stuff though.

Reading up to chapter 30. So far, the story is good, but there are a lot of questions unanswered. Can't wait for what would happen after all the hints given in the early chapter are revealed. A bit annoying when the main character is thinking too much and comparing too much what happens between the original plot and the reality. But I guess it's his personality.

This story is full of cliche like- " oh I seem to know this character but I can't remember" Note:- mc is the author of novel. still he forgot the top figure of novel who betrayed humanity to demon in his own fking novel... and he remembered through a dream.... but story is okey I mean little above average... but I am still at chapter 10... and also it have cliche of mc not having previous owner memory still somehow his cousions who lived with him for years did not recognize him and also his family is mistryous and people are hiding from him infomation about his own fking family when they know that he forgot ... I mean we all know that its gonna come back to bite mc again in future .. but rest is okey about story....

So far this book has been ok I mean it’s average but sometimes average is good. The characters are not fleshed out as other stories but it is only the beginning so I can’t be too harsh on the book. If you are looking for something to read that doesn’t have harem and overpowered systems then read this. I have read mannnnnny books like this and they are dropped or become loved so I hope the author doesn’t lose his passion.

Character is good, idk abt update stab. World background is just too much, more like info dump for me (readers). Almost every chapt that the mc feels sus abt something, the mc would suddenly shrug it off and thinks it might just be him overthinking or some unreasonable reason brought by the author. My recent encounter of this is ch 124 "Although he failed to inspect the man, he had no intention to chase him. He probably grinned because he felt like it and Zio thought he was too paranoid and worried because the new year's night when the demon would announce themselves to the world was a few days away.". Author forcing mc to be smart for mc to benefit from something like getting connections to ppl for mc to take advantage of them, then moments later acts stupid and shrug off things that are suspicious to everyone's naked eye. The planned plot is good, I'm give you that. The only thing is some turn of events are force coz author seemed unable to find a way to make the events natural. (most noticeable is events like what I mentioned earlier where MCs iq becomes questionable because—acted smart, then later plain stupid.) I think it's not only me who noticed this but I didn't see anyone pointing this out which made me question WHY. I don't hate the book, but I hope for it to be fixed. I'll be reading more and see more of Author's work development.
