Story is fine, but writing quality is bad. The mc is smiling one second and sighing the next. Bro has mood swings or smth. Also, the mc has a Ex rank skill but it’s basically useless. It’s an Ex rank appraisal skill but it doesn’t tell him anything. He also has dual wielding skill, as expected of the mc. So generic smh. You could’ve given him three sword style or smth, then at least it would be more unique and he can be like Zoro. Most ironic of all, the author pokes fun of others for using the “Oh no I changed the plot too much” trope, but doesn’t do anything unique themselves. It’s just another copy of every other transmigrating into their own novel stuff. It’s decent if you like this kind of stuff though.

LIKEIt looks generic because it's still the start (not even reached the first arc). All of the things you mentioned are intentionally written like that for plot development. EX-rank, I don't know if it was because of how I wrote the description or not but EX isn't the highest rank of skill nor item. It's an exclusive skill that only one person in the world owned, it could be a useless skill or an overpowering skill. (All of the EX-skill are growth-type so it needs time to reach their full potential) Thanks for your review. In case of bad writing quality, I will try to improve it.
If Ex rank wasn’t the highest that would explain a lot of things. Usually ex ranks are the highest though, so that might be confusing. Another complaint I have was the training arc at the very start of the story. It’s way too early for one, the training arc and generic start really puts me off. Also, please don’t have your mc sigh all the time. He’s thinking and then sighs for no reason.
I see it might be annoying to read the same word as "(Character's name) sighed", even tho that character has the habit of it I'll try not to make it repetitive. Thank you for the advice.
I don’t think sighing is the problem, it’s very natural to sigh when you’re in a difficult situation. It’s just that nobody actually sighs in their head, so usually authors use a noise like “haah” to show a character is sighing. It feels very unnatural when the author just tells you a character sighed.
idk about others but I do sigh a lot and not even out of stress, I just do it. especially when I'm in deep thought, doesn't have to be important or anything. I also agree with another commenter about the sighing while in thought, I do that sometimes but extremely rarely (usually when I am hiding my actual feelings to something, like being told to bring her the remote that's 6 cm away from her).
