This is a high quality story in the making, at the time of review there are 28 chapters that I have read. It was a very addictive read for me, making it very hard to drop. If anything I just want more chapters now that I've caught up. However I don't want the author to get burn out. Ill start off with writing quality, the quality is really good allowing for the flow of chapters into one another be seamless. Another great thing about the writing quality is the level of terminology used when describing action scenes or fights. It was quite impressive to read through. The descriptions for not only the characters but the world is really well handled giving you the image for the scene and the characters that is about to emerge. The update frequency is maddening in my opinion for the level of work the author put into each chapter, On time of review, as I was writing another chapter dropped safe to say I'm reading that after I'm done my review here. The development of the story is really well handled and developed with great detail, the author loves to leave hints and plot seeds everywhere in his chapters. Often leaving me to keep reading to see how those develop. The events that occur in the story are handled really well adding tension and stakes to the story when needed. The author has a talent for writing believable characters, making them feel really three dimensional in the process. The characters the author focuses on, all have their own quirks, traits, personalities and aspiration's. Making it all the more enjoyable reading through the introduction of these characters. My absolute favorite's being the twins in the later chapters. The background of the world is really well developed and delivered well alongside the overall plot of the story, the author includes history of the world going back hundreds of years. Setting up some good foundational depth from this in the process. Alongside this follow well described functions within the world as well, fleshing out even more of the overall background. I strongly recommend people to give this story a try after the first couple chapters you will be hooked, especially with how the author manages to keep the readers attention throughout each chapter. I found this a really enjoyable to binge through and it was a night well spent. You have an amazing story on your hands Quasy, Ill be following along keep up the great work, but don't burn yourself out either, especially with your update frequency. Now if you will excuse me I'm going to read the latest chapter that dropped ;D.

LIKEAhhh honestly thank you a lot for the positive comments it really does help me build up my confidence a lot. since this is my first novel I'm actually struggling a lot with how descriptive I make some scenes I often expect things to flow much quicker. I was afraid people would think I overwrite some scenes making them stale and repetitive. For example, when I first started the myroc trials I genuinely thought it would only last 2-3 chapters. now it will probably last 6 and i fear people will feel like it has dragged on. As for the characters I'm really glad you like them. Ive tried my best to give them interesting personalities while still being flawed in ways. I'm also not a huge fan of the whole damsel in distress trope and prefer to flip things around more such as the older sibling bel being the healer instead. grounding wyatt into the vr world is probably my biggest issue so far. Since this isn't a revenge or rebirth novel it can be tricky to figure out how to lead his direction forward without making it seem forced. Since he doesn't have any grand goals at the moment and simply enjoys the wonders of the game I try to let him latch on to others for advice or guidance to help push the story along. as for burn out don't worry I'm still feeling fine lol, one of the reasons I've tried to update a lot is because I still find myself in awkward moments while putting my ideas down where I cant think of how to word something. sometimes ill go over things for an hour before I feel like it fits. Again thank you so much for the comment! it truly means the world when it comes to helping build my confidence to keep writing
I'm really glad I could build up your confidence, your story is really well done and I wanted to give credit where it is deserved. The descriptions you use are in my opinion really well done. Showing a lot of attention to detail in making sure the reader is following along. I didn't think you were information dumping on me at all really. Keep focusing on that for detailing the scene and world, slowly it will become easier like developing a muscle. In turn you will really flesh out your world. Don't hesitate to take a moment to just describe the little things. They add so much in the story, giving it immersion when needed. I wouldn't worry about the Myroc trials, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Sometimes it's better to focus on one scene, whilst developing others in the background. This helps with overall depth of the chapters and scenes rather than just blasting through the scene. Remember to write what you find enjoyable to write that's what I do and I find some of my best work comes from that. If you are enjoying the Myroc trials stick with them and develop it further. As I said I'm really enjoying it at the moment so hopefully you are too :D. You did a great job with designing your characters, I'm in love with Mel and Bel great characters. The flaws you introduce into your characters allow them to feel even more human then they already are. Big fan on how Mel is a battle addict, I'm also not a fan of damsel in distress so seeing the sibling dynamic unfold was a treat to read. Can't wait for them to be reintroduced. With Wyatt your doing a great job in fleshing him out, keep using those world events you write in to your advantage, having Wyatt bounce off them can be quite useful if the protagonist is hard to put goals into then use him to develop the world, like how the viewer would experience it in his shoes. Wyatts character will start to form further as you write more, eventually leading to you going your own direction entirely with your protagonist don't be afraid of doing that either. I know it can be awkward realising something you've put so much work into, but let me tell you your doing an incredible job. Keep building up that confidence in your work. I've read through it and can safely say I would read it again. I really wanted to give this story the credit it deserves, I'm really happy to hear that I've helped build your confidence in this as thats my main goal in reviewing peoples work. Helping to motivate them to keep progressing their developing stories. Motivates me as well in return. If you would like to bounce off each other for ideas, or would like more criticism and feedback. Add me on my writing discord I'd be happy to pick apart your work for you. NocturnOwl#0230
