This is my personal opinion so don't take offense in any way. The beginning of the story was nice to read and had some mystery to it because of the magic. But now it's about politics and side characters. The Mc doesn't use all his resources efficiently despite having an ai, like using his money or threatening the government with Gaia os. The writing style is OK but in some chapters very boring as it's only an explanation of how he builds or creates things. Dunno if the author just wants to flex his knowledge or just waste our time as it doesn't have any relevance to the story itself and it's not in depth enough to truly learn something important. The character is just some standard character. Nice to his family and friends, naive and an idiot and genius at the same time. He majored in engeneering I guess but discusses with his ai how to run an enterprise out of nothing. While he does have a better brain the knowledge just appeared. Few trustworthy friends, family and employees around him. The world background seems to be normal world around 2013. It's readable but at some point it gets boring as only side characters are mentioned. Mc doing a random task like stealing knowledge. So final evaluation : the Mc is stupid and naive despite having a far better brain. Author writes too much useless stuff like those explanations and mentions those side characters too often. To be honest I expected more action with cyborgs or Hacking.

Those actions are bound to come when the current arc is done. If at the moment he tries to threaten the government he doesn't have enough personal forces and power to ensure his and his family's safety hence he is looking for a place to make his home ground to start relly getting.
He is currently trying to find a place as his home ground to start accumulating his forces so that he can officially start his revenge and other plans.

If you mean novels. About technology-based systems not. But about the magic-based system (maybe, implanted ai chip) I can recommend abyssal lord of the magi world. It's also system-based. Mc is op but not too much. He really uses his brain, most of the time. Really nice world building and almost no filler. He is also not in so much need of his system.

Indeed, threatening a government without sufficient guards/security/personal force is just courting death. They can send people to capture you and then bring you to their black places. Though he should have records of all this conspiracies against him and then maybe send it to other rich, talented and powerful people in the future to make them more untrusting towards the gov. And More guarding towards governments. Make a plan to Use it to make the nation start transitioning towards a commerce controlled country, though i dont know how.

if he does that he will be gaining nothing and only benefiting those other rich people as he will be tortured to tell them how he collected such vast information about them and killed after he spill everything. as he is far more dangerous alive than dead. he need to start gaining power personally because of his power is dependent on others he will always be in their mercy controlling him based on their whims.
