I was thoroughly impressed. The plot was intricate and kept me engaged from start to finish. The characters were well-developed and their motivations were clear and believable. But what really stood out for me was the writing style. The author's descriptive language painted a vivid picture of the setting and the emotions of the characters. I felt like I was right there in the room with the protagonist, experiencing everything firsthand. The themes of fate, destiny, and the cutthroat world of business were explored in a thought-provoking and compelling way. The twist at the end was a complete shock and left me wanting more at end of chapter 5.

Divine Emperor of Death Great novel. In start it's like a silly novel because I think its author's first novel. But after 300, story build up well. After 1200+, story will get better, and it led readers to curious about what happen next. Some misunderstanding happens (like you will get wrong ideas for some scenarios) if you read around 300 or little less chapters because you will think it's just an OP or something not right to read because it's silly novel. But just trust and read at least 1500+ chapters and you will find those early worries not necessary and lot of OP(like death note) will come up with lot of restrictions. (Those are figured in novel by MC) Novel gets very interesting and now its lot more with cliffhangers (I'm at 2513). Also, author discount (99%) 3rd tire privileged chapter for just for 90 coins. For unlock 3rd tire 90 coin, each chapter also 1 coin (99% discount) Include 6 chapters for that tire. Also join his discord channel there you can clarify about your doubts about some chapters, if you feel novel will get wrong direction or not right in your sense. because author like to mislead readers (like teasing) and write entirely different stories. Also, author like to hang the reader's lot of cliffhangers. So, if you think it's not right to read story because you think it wrong like something happen, then you can ask it on discord spoiler channel and clarify what will happen next by fellow readers and continue to read.

Finally a good refreshing book, with a smart, cunning mc, AND (depending on your world views) also evil (definitely evil) , not in a barbarian way but more of Aizen form bleach way. Overall I highly recommend reading this book.

Author's mandatory self 5-star here. I will use this space as an FAQ to give you a heads-up about what to expect. You can also reply to this and I will answer your questions. 1) There's no harem. In fact, there might not even be any romance. I do have a love interest planned but... given the MC's personality at the start of the story, forming genuine relationships won't be easy. 2) The story does follow a weak-to-strong format but the MC does kinda overpower everyone using underhanded schemes and tactics so this story technically fits into the OP theme for the fantasy carnival. 3) The story's main focal point will be the mission world where the MC is sent along with other hero candidates. Each mission world will be a battle royale against the other candidates as well as uprooting the forces of the demon lord in that dimension. Plenty of action and scheming to go around. 4) This is my second decent attempt at a book so expect decent quality. Of course, I still haven't perfected my writing style and am still trying my best to improve every day, so there should be an upwards trend in quality as the story goes on. 5) If there are any complaints about the story or if there are any tips for me to improve my writing, please feel free to share them. This is an edgy teens fantasy being a underground mysterious boss, taking revenge on your evil uncle who killed your parents, talking about how smart you are at every chapter, out of place comedy in every tense situation which ruins the chapter and gravity of the situation. While I do love a evil mc this is something that needs critiscm. Otherwise this is authors second book he has no problems with the basics and I am just saying from a readers point of view that I would read this just to pass time when I dont have anything decent to read. But it can improve so author dont let this demotivate you, I will be sticking around to see which direction this novel takes since it still has potential.

This story has a main character who is pragmatic, and very, very cold-blooded. He will not hesitate to do what's necessary for his survival, and it's kind of a breath of fresh air to see a MC who commits 'evil' actions without remorse. If you're going to go, then run, right? If you're into intricate mind-games, interesting plot twists, and firm, calculating protagonists, this story'll do ya right!

Nothing to complain about writing quality. The story concept is most definitely interesting. It's not completely new in itself, has a little bit of different ideas but with its own unique twist. The MC and the different characters we have seen so far in volume 1 is what drew me to this story. You can easily get an idea on MC's personality from the synopsis and other reviews. What stood out to me is even with being scheming, controlling and rational, he hasn't forgotten to have fun and loosen up in his own way. I suppose the comedy tag's there for a reason (the MC doesn't joke around unironically). The author has somewhat managed to bring the other characters alive as well. It's too early to tell now, but how far he can take them remains to be seen. Would like to see them grow and develop individually, if they survive. All in all this could be the start of something remarkable. Good luck.
