I’ve read up to around 243 as of now but this arc I’m reading currently is incredibly frustrating your having people continually beating the Mc it’s too point where I’m amazed when he isn’t defeated in fight at this point

Hooo?First off, kudos for getting that far, it means a lot to me but you forget that MC is technically a teenager and also downplays his strength to "learn" from his enemies.Throughout this arc, it is well explained so I need you to hang in there a bit longer because Tyr shows his true colour when he starts dropping bodies left, right, center.I don't want to spoil because this is the exact reaction I wanted from my readers so I'm satisfied that it is exactly what I'm getting but keep reading Gibson.

And that’s good to hear now I’m reading this subjectively and I knew as soon as he was named that he’d eventually grow to be a menace and I’m now on 256 atm and he’s just lost so many fights this arc up to this point I mean the only ones he won were 1 no name savages 2 the leader of the clan he takes over (forget the name) 3 Kolbeinn (in the trial I take this with a caveat though) And technically had a draw in there as well But every other fight so far has been a definite loss not even close fights just him losing fairly easily. For a supposed god of war it’s a little ridiculous too lose so much

I had my doubts regarding this but remember Tyr isn't showing these people his full strength to begin with. This way they underestimate what he can do as well, simple yet effective. What happened in the blank period has been explained and you will know why he fights the way he does.I also tried to make it realistic as these men were renowned historical figures so it would be a bit underwhelming to have Tyr just waltz in and solo them.I needed to give them room to show their skills and trust me when I say. You're in for a big surprise because Tyr eventually shows his true strength.Theres's a rematch somewhere close but with who, you will have to wait but you will understand better because of Tyr's unique innate trait.

Just a question to put out there now I’m currently on chapter 325 will he be getting beaten left right and center this arc as well that little scrap with Salgard was fine as much as you’d imply that Tyr would lose the fight it was completely one sided that’s all I can ask for in fights as even the best warriors can be defeated in certain situations

Ha! No, although he would meet stronger opponents but he held his own.I can't stretch enough that Tyr is just a teenager, he will have his moments but as you saw in the arc, Tyr uses his brain a lot more because unlike Bjorn, physical strength isn't his forte.Remember when he first sparred Ragnar? He used dirty tricks to gain the upper hand. Lagertha also noted that Tyr was holding back in his spar against Bjorn in the past because that's how he studies and evolves.I don't want to rush this process because it can either make or break the moment. So the answer to your question is no, Tyr showed his dominance in this arc

That’s sounds grand to me I’m Fairly proficient in quite a few aspects of martial arts and boxing etc so that all I ask especially in hand to hand fights people who are worse than someone can still win or at least get in good damage I’ve personally spared with one world champion boxer and one who’s fought for a title a couple of times but lost and held my own even as a teenager at the time so seeing he’s just a teenager stuff as much as I understand it and with weapons or tactics I’m all for experience but in hand to hand fights you can just get lucky as one good punch can kill or totally change a fight But all in all that’s good to hear and read some more later on as I have work soon
