However, he had a lot of it in his past life, and he experienced that the feeling of leveling up and getting stronger is even way better than s*x itself, so his goal is simply to get stronger and not die. If having s*x with a girl will benefit him then he will do it, if not, then there is no need, cause that time can be wasted instead of him doing something useful to get him stronger.
