oh no no no you haven't offended me, the process of writing a fan fix or even a novel is to expect a varied audience that have different expectations on how the plot or characters. I actually feel dreadfull that In reading my fix you felt unsatisfied and that I write the characters in a way that I immersed you and couldn't see them as the characters you have grown to love. I apologise.

If you wanted a way to explain the way they acted you could pull from the comic’s, there was a Asguardian witch in love with thor, anoura I think. As an example Anoura laughed to herself, her scheme went completely unnoticed. Not only had she punished her beloved thor in a way that he wouldn’t remember, she also hurt that despicable mortal. By using the mind stone she controlled their emotions, made them all negative and enhanced them while whispering ideas in their mind. After they banished the filthy half breed to another dimension she locked the memories away, they would never even know they have a son. Doing it this way was risky, not only could the half breed survive but someone might notice the mind stones energy in their memories. But she couldn’t just kill the boy, Odins wife is a master of magic, she had an enchanted tapestry that added each member of the royal family on birth. She was just in time to place a powerful illusion over it to show nothing under Thor. But she wasn’t strong enough to change the enchantment. Another important enchantment was upon a death in the family both Odin and his wife are notified immediately, however that’a only in this galaxy, now the half breed is in another dimension entirely his death won’t notify anyone. That’s just an example, hope it helps.
