The writing style of this novel is quite refreshing. It reminds me of a screenplay format. I'm quite intrigued by the events in the story, and I'm left with questions that make me look forward to how the plot will unfold. One of the things that distracted me a little from the story was the overuse of commas in dialogues. There were times when I had to re-read certain parts to appreciate the scenes properly. I like stories that reflect aspects of reality that people tend to ignore or forget. They always leave a lasting impression on a reader. I think this story has the potential to achieve that.
