i really got bored of mtl fanfic since they always follow the same pattern in their stories and the way they talk.

For real reading these Chinese fan fics of HP just ruins the whole hp most of those authors are biased to their own country and then you make an English Mc but your trying to discredit English when the authors not even from there. I gave up after I saw cho and him it was stupid it’s obvious the author is inclined to only speak to Chinese which in itself is stupid as the hp is British in itself but if you wanna read it go ahead.

This may be news to you but the quality of most Chinese ff range from subpar to trash. Also writing a western ff and introducing nationalism makes no sense.

yup i know that, but Chinese ff are the first ff that I've read, they're the one who introduced me to the world of fanfictions. I USED(past tense) to like them, but not anymore. I also didn't like their tropes and nationalism, always making other countries lower and thinking that they're above others Still, I can tolerate them, and maybe that's why i said that weakness disgusts me.

Cho is one of the most popular and most used female characters(students) in HP, she's only bellow Luna and Ginny and ofcourse Hermione(not talking about girls outside Hogwarts). Cho was used first because there were only 2 choices at the beggining, and those were Hermione or her, Hermnione is overused so it's logical to pick her(other girls are too young and haven't joined the Hogwarts yet or are in other schools/countries), in my opinion he should have added Ginny go his harem as that would make Jim more restricted, because of his family making the story from more POVs and having more friction between all sides(this is after 400ch so don't mind that), there are other good reasons why MC should pick her, but it doesn't, at least not yet, like imagine having the 3 in a combo(Hermione, Luna, Ginny) or having the Fluer sisters(both), but the younger one is still at 5-10ywars old. It looks like chinese novel, but it isn't really written like chinese novels, it's one of the best OP HP FF I have read

I have read so many FF(almost all the HP/OP/DXD/ETC), and I have seen so many scenarios where different girls become harem members, where they get killed, where they don't become MCs lovers etc, and as much as I know, there's only 2 choices that can happen at the beggining(except when MC meets somebody like Luna or Fleur before the plot begins, of course Ginny as well, but shes underrated in most of the FFs in my opinion as 1 of the 3 main girls(Hermione,Luna,Ginny), in English novels Hermione becomes the first harem member, in Chinese novels its Cho, so its just authors preference, from all the English(those that are 100% not written by Chinese) HP FFs I have read I dont think that there has ever been a Cho before Hermion, but China has Hermione more then Cho. The thing about allowing the story to progress as it should and allow the original girls marry the guys they should marry is just stupid(if you were thrown into the HP world you would never allow anyone to take them, you could see it as obsession from reading novels/watching movies, or your pride(of course if you want a harem that is), or anything else realy, but if you are into harems you will definetly take these girls, or at least some of them, because they are considered the best that world has to offer(as wizards), you would never go for less then the best as a transmigrator, even if that would make the world messed up and leaving the main male characters without they're fated lovers, again it's just the pride of transmigration, etc. And as you said Hermione and Cho could be washed up, but it's realy the movie plot that did it, those are the only girls you have to choose in the first year, and Hermione or Cho isn't bad, Hermione as a child looked better then the actress grown up(I'm not into child's, that just truth, and I just don't like the actresses looks after growing up, I dont know that much about Cho, but it should be like that, if you live in Africa and there was Black female character, with okay or good looks you would pick her then some random character from other continents, or if you were a German, you would choose a German actress or a person that looks most German, that's the pride of your country(I know that Chinese are brainwashed to some extent), but that's again pride. Ah, yes, in the top 5 I was just saying them in a random so Luna could be 1st as well as 4th and it wouldn't matter. In my opinion Fleur is the best lover to have in HP verse, as she will never betray you(she has a bloodline for that), she looks good(in real life she would look 10 times better, again, because of her bloodline), as well as she's a nice girl(haven't watched movies or read the original books for a long time)

Another point anyone who just forces a harem in Hp is just dumb I know it may be a fan fic but this ain’t a Chinese movie it’s and English movie and and English author you really think they would add women beg the same man to be their lover they don’t know the real world. As I’m always baffled how can a women in Harry Potter accept that when those same characters haven’t even done that it’s stupid. In those Chinese anime or whatever it can happen. But if this was actually showed to women in England about the Chinese Harry Potter and so how theirs harem bro this would get reported straight up and the person would be finished let alone try and get his view accross. The only novel that will be good if theirs no system as why would there be in the first place, then if he doesn’t get involved with the golden trio and he’s also from a magic background and also if theirs no so called rudeness about British food and if the female lead is someone diffeent like Katie bell, daphnee green grass and if the Mc is also in slytherin and potentially from the family of blacks or slytherin or prewett then that’s a novel worth reading as its not a muggle and randomly just gets strong with no experience and has a realistic female lead person
