I actually enjoyed the early parts of this fanfic, however, when it started to develop, I realized the MC's true color. A racist, he is a clear racist. He literally says "One of the two things I hate is black skin" Like tf. It was a barely decent fanfic to begin with, but that blew it out of the water. I mean, the grammar and dialogue is plain pathetic. Wouldn't be surprised if someone 'courts death' or spits out blood. Overall, wouldn't recommend.

I mean what do you expect, this is a chinese fanfic. The guy posting it is only the translator or found a translation and decided to share it in this platform. Anyway if you saw the picture with bold chinese letters you should have expected racism, they are yellow skin supremacists.

Even if he is translating it, I'm not gonna give it a 5 stars. I'm already giving it a 2 stars based on the content. You're basically saying because he's only translating the original fanfic, I should rate this higher than rate the original fanfic a lower rating. Which is just stupid.

I think it's natural that mc is racist. He's just more direct racist because if you see the many many cultivation novels, all the country shattering beauties only have flawless jade like skin. Basically white as a feather and this is emphasized every time. Even guys, after some levels of cultivation, her the jadelike skin package so basically black people don't matter for "superior" Chinese MC

I agree with you 100%. I'm Chinese but I don't live in China now. All I can say is that many people are racist, even to other Asians. I have witnessed Chinese and Koreans be racist to each other and it made me laugh.

I am thinking that might be it also, might of meant 'black belly' rather than 'black skin', I see that phrase used alot in chinese novels.

Um bruh this is a chinese novel , all of them are racist
i don't know it's racism or not but it might not about 'black skin' but 'burn skin' or dark skin cause sunlight or tan skin cause Asian can be black too if too much sun exposure and it is not well liked, cause it mean they don't take care of their skin for it to change color and be dull skin. generally Asian like lighter skin tone, 'light not white' Soo rather than black skin it might be dark skin orrr it's just me overthinking and the author just racis🙃😶😶😶
