I don't understand half of what you want to express, maybe it's too confusing or maybe you just spit out word after word that pops into your head hoping everyone understands, maybe you don't even care if anyone understands or not, it's fun at first, but it gets tiring quickly.

It's simply continuous changes, at one time it's a complex and explanatory narrative, at another it's a humorous scene, at another it's a serious scene, it turns out that everything intersperses and appears and disappears quickly, making everything confusing. Not that it's impossible to understand, but you spend your attention trying to interpret its meaning, I prefer to follow an imaginative flow so I can focus my attention linearly. If I had to put it in short words, it's a mixture of parody with serious content. some might like it, but for me it's just hard to read. Far from being a bad story, after all I got to chapter 25 (current), even having this problem.

Gotcha. You're not confused, just dislike Kiba being serious about being a ninja and out for a laugh in his personal life. The split between professional and personal has been a major theme from the start. That's why the story shifts into different tones when dealing with different content. Kiba's a different man at work and at play.
