I haven't read it yet but I'm a little concerned that the father seems to be a dirtbag in the synopsis? considering it's a famine and he keeps talking about eating his daughter... is the father a nice guy and the synopsis is just being vague and weird? I don't mind spoilers I just don't want to invest my time money and energy into things that irritate me and lately I just want something a little more wholesome lol

So it shares the common theme of transmigration and having her own space, but the summary is a bit misleading since her adopted father nor her adopted family are trying to eat her but they are going through a famine where there are other villagers eating each other for survival, but not much is mentioned about how she lived her life once she returned to the general’s mansion (her original family) we haven’t reach that part of the story yet or what happen to her especially since she doesn’t have the host original memories. But she does have a pair of cute twins ! And the father of them might have popped up in a chapter but by the looks of it they don’ t recognize each other.

I was also sceptical about the synopsis, but her father clearly loves her and takes care of her and her children, as much as his limited intelligence allows him to. He never said anything about eating her or her babies. whether ML raped FL i don't know yet, as even she does not know how the original got pregnant

It's not her father that's, trying to eat her, they were kidnapped.

I also hope it gets picked, Really interesting so far.

1. We don't meet bio father in the first 40 ch. but it seems something bad happened while the original occupant was with him. He might be scum, we don't know. 2. Her adoptive father is very sweet and protective, but he's developmentally disabled and can get confused. Her adoptive mother is doting, and there's a good sibling relationship. Adoptive family is the opposite of scum. 3. The synopsis is muddled, he tried to get bad guys to eat him instead of his daughter.

I have it on pause to build up chapters, but, at least up until the point I did that, the ML is decent. It's the typical "both were drugged and have no memory of the event" so no rapist trying to romance his victim here.
