so far 20 chapter, its good the system is op but not so op that make a 7 yo kid can beat a jounin, and i think he still need to train his chakra bcz his system is not helping him with that so overall its good read, i recomend it

if you mean mc has earth element as his main element then yes personally I find that novel infuriating because of how much the mc changes just turning off th gamer mind i lost all my interest at that point a waste of time in my opinion but you may like it still
