The Second Coming of Gluttony, Vainqueur the Dragon, Shadow Slave, Overgeared, White Online, etc... Most of those are well known already, so I recommend "Vainqueur the Dragon". It was a hidden gem I lucky managed to stumble upon. I'm not such if its in Webnovel but its definitely in Royal Road.

Which MC? Vainqueur or Victor? If Vainqueur, that's just how he's meant to be, but if you're talking about Victor, then please read again. That character managed an empire like a senior official would. The fine details weren't there, but how he forged a government constitution enough to function ─ specially the step by step procedure was an educated decree. Well, at least in theory. Its like like there'll ever be a dragon to rule a country in reality. As for the Second Coming of Gluttony, that received an award as far as I remember. It was pretty famous in Wuxiaworld as well. The ending where everything came together and made the fragments of knowledge built up throughout the story make sense was the masterpiece. I'm not sure if you've actually finished this one. The ending was too good to even have a negative comment in it.

Book has a great idea and I was very excited to see how it played out but the Author is very inconsistent with the characters personality and is doing the same thing he did with Multigene uploading the same chapter 2 or 3 times which I can only assume is to scam us out of our coins. If he could fix his upload problem and flesh out the story better I'd give 5 stars
