First things first. You have to have read the author’s previous work to understand this story. There is nothing that leads you to this conclusion until after 700 chapters. At this point the main character begins to become more obsolete. He gets powered up, ut then he takes a backseat as the powerhouses from previous stories start to take more prominence in the story. This is all on top of the painful progression of the author’s learning process as he begins to understand the English language a little better. I honestly cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have spent so much time and energy on this story only to realize that I cannot finish it because the author just decided to destroy the fourth wall at the very end of the story because he felt like it.

Honestly, I never read the author's previous work so I wasn't able to articulate that feeling. I was getting but now that I see your comment. It matches up so many holes in the story or even just holes. That I thought I was having in my thinking process. Like our 2 main characters, essentially end up becoming obsolete. And that wouldn't be a bad thing. Necessarily, if this wasn't their novel, even if it is a continuation of his other work after it finished or even if it's not finished, I don't know. I haven't read it, but no matter what it's. I've been aggravating to have the 2 characters we've grown to know. And. And cherish maybe or hate depending on how you vie you them. It'll take such a backseat in the wider world. But yes, I'm so glad I read your review because it pieces everything together. I literally just stopped reading at chapter 698 because I was like I just something drunk about the story, but I don't understand what and that makes so much sense. Thank you
On chapter 684 now and it just does not feel good, so many unsolved stories, and characters that have been brought in to have 0 relevance yet… and MC powers make 0 sense, it’s all just ‘he now has a better grasp at his powers’ or ‘he has a better understanding’ it’s just poor writing that feels AI generated
I have kept reading despite my aggravation because I am just too invested at this point. It was quite confusing for a while, but then it picked back up. Most everyone is dead from the beginning except for Gabriel and Karyk. There are a few others, but I don’t want to spoil things. It has begun to make sense again although it has shifted perspectives a bit. There was a lot of confusion in regards to Janus and the characters from the other story, but it kind of makes sense now to a certain degree. I mean I still have basically no clue who one of the four final players are in the cosmic game of thrones, but I just count that as flying blind. I can’t lie to you though. Things were incredibly juxtaposed for a while, but it has begun to establish a tentative rhythm again.
