nah many ideas are original but the author just made the mc as stupid and unbearable as possible

How the MC is stupid, by me so far, he is pretty logical

----- Highschool mc want to be teacher without any foundation based on "talent" that he start showing a few days ago. ----- He wanted to make money from lottery but goverment only citizen to bet 2$ a day. ----- Mc want to bring next century game by doing copy/paste future game codes while knowing nothing about game or coding (ignoring technological limits/server management/secrets buried in codes like dates/names/refereneces etc...) ----- He want to save the world becuase he is the choosen one and give away everything for free while whining about being poor. ----- must i go on?

Yeah you can continue arguing because there's nothing stupid in what you just said, just frustration because it's going too slowly for your liking. A teenager who becomes a teacher thanks to his talent exists IRL; a limitation on the lottery makes sense in a world at war, almost close to destruction, the government does not want lazy citizens living thanks to luck on the backs of others. The mc knows very well that his era is behind technologically, that does not mean that other geniuses and scientists cannot accelerate their development thanks to the code he brings back. He wants to save the world because he was raised with the beliefs that humanity will prevail in the end so why would he charge for the fruits of others' labor?. And finally yes he cries and complains but is it surprising? He is only 17 years old with the weight of humanity on his back with several deaths on his conscience (including his own repeated ones)

Woah, I pretty sure you miss a great read then. Be no mean this was bad and whatever you said it was. This is one of the greatest novel, telling story about hope of mankind in such an engaging way. If you just read 100 and that 100 is in here then you barely even read 50 - 80 ch maybe, because webnovel is famous for splitting chapter into 3 - 5 part. Trust me, you really miss a great read in here
