Review Until Chapter 40: The plot itself is good and pacing is quite fast. The story was told from a 6-years old Ji Yuanyuan, the FL. She has an upgradable space which she got from her previous life. This wasn’t explained well in how she got it. It was said it was due to a fortuitous encounter. So the author may expound on this later on. The characters were protrayed well. I just love the children’s antics and their protectiveness towards their mother. The FL, though she’s bent on revenge, she was more gearing on making up for her past regrets. Her Koi constitution was already present from her past life since she was 6 since it was said that her father’s fortune rose after she stayed with him in the end. The annoying part is that the translator did not get someone to edit this book. He/She, Her/Him mistakes were consistently seen all throughout the book which distracted me from reading it well since my OC Self kicked in to correct these. The other readers were also busy pointing out these pronouns issues. Please author, get someone to edit it. Such a good translation ruined by these pronouns.😤 Add this to your library and read it. Vote for it too but don’t forget to remind the translator to edit the translation especially the use of pronouns.😊😇

LIKEI’ve been reading the raws and am halfway through it. It’s still an ongoing raws. What bothers me is that, Ji Yuanyuan’s space is not being utilized well. There’s also the spiritual spring or well-water. There’s also the concept of time discrepancy between space time and world time (10 minutes = 1 hour outside). She’s selling vegetables and yet her space can’t meet the demands? I agree with the greenhouse building for the Li Family but it’s ridiculous for her not to be able to supply their store. Besides when the space leveled up, the space increase in size as well as her land size. The space preservation thing is questionable. Hot food stored will no longer be hot after several hours. So how could it maintain the freshness of food or from the fruits and vegetables from rotting. Whether these produce were harvested and stored in the space or just left on the ground or hanging on the trees. Another point is that her space is like a game but it was not well explained. How does she earn points to upgrade it? She can sell things to earn gold coins but until past 200 chapters, there was no further mention of any upgrade on her space. She can buy things and she bought seeds. This was all mentioned just once. After this, it didn’t explain whether the system gave her points for this. Another point is her Koi Physique granted by the system for leveling up to level 1. Only a boar that crashed into their trap when she mentioned she wanted to eat braised pork. There are also lucky instances like their family business is booming etc. So I guess, her luck rubs off on people she loves since her family as well as the Li Family financial and love luck has been improving. Next is her spirit water or something similar. It can cure diseases etc but it’s not being highlighted. From the start, her mother Li Xu bought a water container for it for their family to drink. Then she used it to heal Grandpa Qin. But so far, I don’t remember Zhang Kun, her new dad, mentioning it or even noticing the different taste when he’s over to their home. Li Xu is commendable as a mother, woman and as a wife. Although, it made me uncomfortable about her terms of not giving birth again for her second husband, ZHANG Kun. He would raise her 3 children from her first marriage and yet he wouldn’t have his own. It somehow felt very selfish for me in a way. But since she mentioned it before they started their relationship and before getting married, it just highlighted how much Zhang Kun loved her. Though she can raise her 3 children on her own since she has financial freedom, her marriage to him also gave her security and stability. She has someone to talk to and depend on. This story is more like the story of all the adults around the FL Ji Yuanyuan. Getting the Li Family on the right track and out of the quagmire and misery since none of them ended up well on her past life. At more than 200 chapters, she was still a child around 7 years old now and has an engagement with the ML Qin Muchen. The ML Qin Muchen is soooo cute. Such a little vinegar king at his age. I laughed at the scene where he called out her entire name and said “Ji Yuanyuan, you have a fiancé. You can’t be with Uncle Gong.” Hahaha!!! She was asking their Uncle Gong if he has a girlfriend since she was already planning on hooking him up with her Little Aunt Li Miao. For her, Uncle Gong is such a great catch! He’s skilled at martial arts, from the special forces now turned bodyguard/driver and knows a lot of other things. He was also their martial arts teacher for the 3 Ji children (FL and her brothers) Anyhoo, I just wish the author would focus on this space. Don’t expect much story about the FL. It’s the adults around her that has a focus. They’re all little brats at this time.😇
