Shameless five star review! Hello, my name is Screaming Coffee. Nice to meet you! SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN GODS is my entry for WSA 2022 under New Tropes category. I'd like to call it "literary metafiction" but my friend has qualms and says it's "magic mystery" for incorporating urban fantasy and detective fiction together. FYI, "literary metafiction" is a combination of literary fiction and metafiction. [1] Literary fiction is a label that, in the book trade, refers to market novels that do not fit neatly into an established genre; or, otherwise, refers to novels that are character-driven rather than plot-driven, examine the human condition, use language in an experimental or poetic fashion, or are simply considered "serious" art. (I don't know about "serious" art, but the story follows character instead of the plot. It has plot, though, but entirely different from what you might expect.) [2] Metafiction is a form of fiction which emphasizes its own constructedness in a way that continually reminds the audience to be aware they are reading or viewing a fictional work. Metafiction is self-conscious about language, literary form, and story-telling, and works of metafiction directly or indirectly draw attention to their status as artifacts. Metafiction is frequently used as a form of parody or a tool to undermine literary conventions and explore the relationship between literature and reality, life, and art. (I love satire.)

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking. Could you perhaps mince words? —because I'm not a mind reader. —I can suppose you're trying to ask that I help you with an application, but sorry, I don't have a job which ties me in applying someone to somewhere or something. I can't help you with that. —Or if you're trying to recruit me, "offering me an application", I might want to know your terms and conditions. —I'm so sorry, I don't speak one-liners. I hope you can elaborate for my puny mind to understand.
