this is a very nice narrative. the characters are well designed and what I like the most the MC is overpowered with him growing from weak and a cripple to the most powerful being within the current restraints. I hope that this novel soon starts updating more chapters as I am very curious about the future plot of the story, on how the MC will break the shackles and his future cultivation journey to the top. I also wish that the author would add more about the techniques and help us create a more mystifying image of the techniques and the way of cultivation like with a boom he broke through or how he broke through including the changes in his sea of qi. the author just told us that he broke through but i cannot s s the power gap Or any difference due to his increase in cultivation. thank you author for sharing this narrative

It’s nothing special: the MC transmigrates into the body of a former genius who was crippled and sent into seclusion to guard the sect’s tomb area as punishment, and finds his golden finger is maximum level comprehension. So, he hides away and learns powerful techniques from the tombs, unbeknownst to the rest of the sect. Eventually he saves the sect in secret, blah blah. Very generic, but the writing is good enough to pass time. Unfortunately, around chapter 45 the translation becomes low quality and either the translators skip entire important scenes or the author does. Either way, chapters 45 and 46 are both terrible, so you know that the WebNovel effect has struck (passable initial translations, then terrible MTL once you they think you’re hooked so they can save their efforts to go hook people on other novels, and finish the translation of this one using MTL), and it’s not worth reading past that point.

It’s unfinished so I don’t recommend it. Characters get forgotten so the main character can power up without being slowed down. The world is not very interesting. Upper realms are just a way to make a world seem like it has scale and depth. But in reality it’s a series of locations without relation that the main character visits to get a power up. The plotline with a higher realm suppressing a lower realm gets used twice as well. Overall a mediocre experience.
