It's as if the author had a brilliant idea but was too lazy to write the story, so he wrote a book that's just the Epilogue. It would have been awesome to have a fanfic about someone in DxD establishing the mystical arts, creating shrines and taking on students as they try to become powerful, but instead we have a story of the daily life of someone who has done all this millennia before and is now just enjoying life.

The tags are slice of life and overpowered. Why are you complaining about this?
Because the synopsis doesn't say that the story begins millions of years after the MC reincarnates, with him being the Sorcerer Supreme and being on the level of Ophis and Great Red. If the synopsis had given some background information about the fanfic, I wouldn't have been surprised by this story which I personally consider a huge waste of a good idea full of potential. The synopsis only says that the MC died and was reincarnated, which is basically the default start for 90% of the fanfics on this site. A slice of life and OP MC tag can literally mean anything that contains these two factors. I figured it would be about an MC who quickly catches up to Sirzechs and the slice of life would be him recruiting members and establishing the faction, or just living an ordinary life in Kuoh when he ends up getting dragged into Canon's troubles every now and then. In 10 minutes I can think of 20 possible stories about the daily life of an OP master of the mystic arts living in DxD
