Depends on how much oxygen your body can retain. The brain would start to die around 3-6 minutes without oxygen. The guy that can hold his breath for 24 minutes probably went through a lot of training to make his body retain more and use less oxygen. For a normal person, 10 minutes would probably be around the time brain damage would start to occur.

pretty obvious no normal person can hold their breath for even close to 10min let alone 24. doesn't change the fact that, breathing resets a 10 min life span is false
