I wanted to like the story. However since they insisted on adding in a system that is meant to force her into trying to set up the original female lead It makes the story that much worse. The female lead is dumb timid and lets people walk all over her It would be one thing if she finally just like exploded at them and said hey I said I wasn't being bothered please stop sending things up for me you just make me look bad and you make me suffer when I didn't even ask you to do these things but no they plot against the female lead who luckily so far isn't blaming her and it's bad plots it's not even like the good level of villain sidekick plots it's straight up just oh I'm going to do something that's very easy to fix that's very easy to walk out of and when my friend is telling me to stop and don't give me any more surprises I'm going to keep on doing it. oh and the main character is so narcissistic it's almost painful to watch her constantly praise herself for being beautiful and doing whatever she wants I think I'm like 100 chapters and I still don't know exactly what her pre-trans migrated background is cuz they're trying to convince us that she has some talent but she's not showing any of it

I liked this story, until the fl had a system installed in her in the later early chapters. this ruined the story for me as the system wasn't needed for the story, and was just distracting. such a wasted opportunity for a good story . shame

I just finished the raws. So possible spoilers, but not really. This was pretty good at the beginning. I like how she was the fake daughter and the real daughter was the stereotypical cold, cool, golden finger chick. The protag has a decent personality, which is good. Then she gets a system. Some people didn't like that, but it really didn't affect the plot... until it disappeared. As in, I forgot there was a system until a random part in the middle and at the very end. At some point, she starts to show off the ancient martial arts she knew from her previous life apparently. Around ch. 1000 there is a completely random plot arc that didn't need to be there. It also got to the point halfway through the book where I skipped all the web comments. Sometimes there are CHAPTERS of nonsense that don't help develop the plot at all. Even describing the movie she took part in takes a chapter or two, but then it doesn't matter anymore after that. I had to force myself to finish this. overall, if you want a cute, mindless book, this is a good choice.

This review is after I caught up to chapter 197. (10/4/22) I do like this book. I must admit there were 2 occasions I almost dropped it. 1. at the beginning when the fear of feeding the fish was getting annoying. and 2. when things were going so well and suddenly a system appeared. I was like nooooo. but I decided to try a few more chapters and I'm really into the book now. the system's presence is not so overwhelming like sometimes I forget it's there lol. there was a time I felt like I was reading 'The little brat is sweet and sassy ' but from a different perspective (maybe because of the 2 over powered ladies had similar names Ning Yu and Ning Li) and I did not dislike it. I feel like thus story is unique in its perspective. and it is funny too. Thank you author. please don't drop it. Let's do this journey! 4 stars because the book isn't complete yet. I can review it after it's complete 🙂
