I was enjoying this story even if it had the cliche evil Hiruzen, but I took a break and came back and suddenly it wasn't as entertaining. Especially the thing with Madara. It all felt too quick, the sudden change in character. It would've been nice to see the slow descent into what he becomes, but the more I read the more I think "well this doesn't seem right." Also the things with the jokes or how characters react seems stiff and odd. Maybe I'm in a bad mood or those jokes just weren't for me, maybe the jokes were just bad, but I just wanted to get through the Onoki part. Still a good read though.

But that's mostly my disappointment speaking. The story had a lot of potential and that's why I am disappointed. There is nothing wrong with making cheap quick entertainment fanfic and dropping it without finishing as most of them are just that. I just... this author can do so much better, ya know? ... It's frustrating.

I had read a bit further now and the 'other-world' parts are good and entertaining, if a bit too stretched out. Honestly, it was nice read if I don't take the part with Madara into account.
