Liked this story. I can empathize with her. I too would like to have something like that jade. I need to lose weight caused by my meds as its side effect. It is sooo hard. This book is not prejudiced to chubby ones or dark skinned. This preference in skinny and fair skinned women and men are quite common in Asian Countries. I like that the FL was a lawyer in her past life. She was no push over. Heh, she has great strength in her new body which is great. I didn’t like the ML based on the “novel’s plot”. He never came to see the Original Qiao Mei nor his twins in that story. Though admittedly, what happened to him was enough for him to be angry. But what about the twins? They need him too. But something happened to him during his mission at that time hence his no-show. Anyways, I asked a friend of mine to purchase this book so we can swap. I am purchasing too many books. This is a good read though the raws halted its update back in November 2023. It is still ongoing-hiatus status. It has more than 3K Chapters though😵😭 Add this to your library. The translation on those 40 free chapters are quite well done. I have not read the story yet but I wanna say something when a girl is fat why does everyone called her ugly..... being fat is not ugly at all... So author you shouldn't be calling her ugly. She should love herself... Why is she repeatedly calling herself ugly. That's not necessary..... So it would be good to not call her ugly.

I haven't given such a high rating in a long time. The book is actually really good. It differs from the regular transmigration to ancient China to farm. I for one would actually like to see how the protagonists get along. Also, anybody know the raw title?

Why are the reviews so high? I tried it out, but honestly can't understand the positive reviews. All I see is constant, like literally constant, fat shaming and racist thoughts about dark skin colours. The FL seems callous and shallow, and I really don't like her. Most important reason for my bad review is that the novel contains gRape. This time the author was 'creative', FL gRapes the ML. Yay for feminism? FL decided after figuring out she gRaped him that she does not want to follow the plot and wants to reject him. However, when he sees he is handsome, she says nothing. Standard Chinese novel gRape-setting, only difference is this time FL is not the victim... Translation quality is top notch. If you like a transmigrated, farming FL, I suppose you can try it out, but I personally cannot recommend it.
