This one is really bad. Unoriginal, unimpressive and quite frankly just pure unsolicited garbage. There is not a single thing about this novel (aside from it's adequate translation quality) that is of value in the slightest. Everything about this is execrable, from the core concepts, ideas, story and even the execution. I don't have much to say about this, if webnovel didn't insist on having a minimum character count for reviews my review would just be: Rubbish. 0/5.

This seems rather insincere, you've copy pasted this comment to everybody who's negatively reviewed a trial read, I wouldn't be surprised if you were a bot. Not the best way to get people interested in WPCs.

When did I say that? In a previous review? I don't recall saying that and I just spent a minute scrolling through my past reviews/comments but I can't find it. I stay here because every now and then, good novels drop. I'm also a fan of some of the popular Chinese tropes and genres that I don't see (at least of similar quality) in Webnovel Originals. There're also decent/good trial reads, your comment gives people the impression that I've been very unhappy with every trial read which is just false. I don't know what you're talking about when you mention romance, this almost feels like a message you meant to send to someone else. Despite my criticisms of the weekly trial reads, I sincerely believe that the quality of the average translated novel (one that gets picked) far surpasses the average Original at least in my experience. I just checked out the Webnovel home page and 70% of the originals have inappropriate covers that disgust me. Originals are arguably a worse cesspool than the weekly trial reads, hot take but I believe this. Not to overgeneralise though, there are good novels there for sure, I just don't bother reviewing them since the good ones have already been reviewed and my negative reviews'll just get removed by some salty author. Perhaps I've just yet to read a stellar Original, best I've read so far is The Author's POV but even then that felt like a lesser The Novel's Extra. I've honestly got no idea what the WPC is but I will check it out if I ever figure out how to do that, perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised. I'm sure the authors would appreciate my level 1 Webnovel account's daily 10 point powerstone lol. Bots aren't people, they're literally bots, I will die on this hill.

MC is not developed well. He's basically an empty puppet in the hands of the author with very little personality. Pacing and a sense of time are off. MC is very overpowered. So much so that the story is dull. Honestly I can list a lot more that I don't like about this story and I'm struggling to list anything I really like about it. Could be an interesting story if rewritten and taken as a very rough first draft but it is not in a state that I think is worth reading.

This novel has no logic whatsoever. By chapter 20, the guy already has food production x100, military units x100, construction speed x100, weapon production x100, 3 insanely powerful units, a wonder that just so happen to match his talent, AND HE IS STILL BEHIND OTHERS! And the war system is even more absurd. The one who start a war chooses the terrain... Why even try to build a defense when in a war you get teleported to a terrain where you'll be at a disadvantage? That means any defense he constructs can only be used against monsters! TLDR : dumb premise and illogical system
