The story is wish fulfillment, there is not tag about that… the character is just sooooo stupidly overpowered that I don’t know how you can have a story unless it’s slice of life and even that’s a stretch.

"Wishes" are in a lot of other stories but they don't make the character the most powerful being in the world, there is usually some build up
