I was going to write an entire paragraph long explanation about my fanfic preferences and why I didn't like this fanfic and some others like it, then I deleted it after realizing I could just narrow all of that down into a simple statement: I don't like this and so I'm dropping it.

actually, I just checked and it is actually 36 lovers, though I guess some of them are reincarnations or alternate versions of each other's, but that's still a lot

Not that I know of, the thing the person who mentions NTR is talking about Is probably how the mc made a friend in the first few chapters (who happens to be a girl), said friend then gets in a relationship with another one of the MCs friends (who happens to be a guy), that isn't ntr, and the mc didn't even like the girl in that way (he only teased her every so often, like friends do). The reason the person said it was ntr is probably because they are used to reading stories where you can expect every female character introduced will be a part of the MCs harem by default, they're probably not used to the concept of side characters and are only used to harem members and antagonists.
