In game of thrones, a harem would only be logical if you are a lord in Dorne, a slaver in Essos or maybe a dothraki. It doesn’t sit well with the faith of the seven. I’m trying to be a minimum realist in my fanfic. But if you want a harem, there are plenty of those on webnovel anyway.

Yep, sometimes they associatedly titled ASOIAF from its first volume of the series: GOT (A Game of Thrones). So other laymen wouldn't know it's the right title unless it's specified. Thanks!
