I can't get passed the first few chapters he can't lie and has tell every person his deepest darkest secrets and be a slave for them, like literally what happens if someone commands him to kill kids or something or asks him hey who do you care about the most so I can blackmail you into doing everything I want you do, everyone talks about how good it gets later on but I'm sorry I personally can't get past the flaws I mentioned above If you can't hide your weaknesses because when asked you give it up on the spot and have to be a slave to actually bring out your full power thats essentially a beta male at that point, the only thing saving this mc is going to be plot armor it only takes one evil person with a decent amount of power to ask him 1 thing and the stories over

Same.. i tried reading it a few times some while back, but i simply can't bring myself to keep on.... The disparity between the main characters is too great, and i don't like seeing an MC who is outclassed by his so called rival in every single way.. It tries to be realistic, but it projects extreme feminism, and while there is a dark souls theme, the MC seems like the only one playing on that difficulty. It's a matter of taste in the end, some people like the concept of being dominated by a woman... When there could have been equality. I don't have the patience for the endgame, hoping for things to change.
I never said MC had plot armor, actually that's my problem. Nephys has all of it when she's not even the main char. As for feminism.. Isn't the plot armor on the girls? Both nephys and the blind girl, while MC struggles for a crumb of bread. Anyway, like i said, it's a matter of taste, and i read what i enjoy, even if that's harem and wish fulfilment. At the very leaat i ain't lashing out at fanboys like you who can't even take a different opinion without feeling hurt.
